The property - contrary to what the word suggests - is far from it, it is not static. Its life cycle generates continuous information that, through the use of digital, we are able to collect and measure. The connection between the material dimension and existing data is one of the goals we must set ourselves as we imagine a new configuration of inhabited space. The access flows, the most traveled routes, the peak times: these are some of the vital parameters of any inhabited place.

Through the data, the dimensions of living are substantiated: acting on facility management, with the increase of space availability; on occupancy, with the optimization of flows and conditions of presence; and on the construction phase, with the indication of management parameters already in the design and construction phase of any inhabited space.

All of this rests on a “data driven” technology platform, where there is a graph that collects all the information and integrates it with other reality taxonomy systems, there is a digital simulation process that autonomously produces generative solutions, derived on the basis of a verified history, and there is a release component that hybridizes and augments the services delivered.

Myspot - The platform that enables this philosophy
Myspot is a modular technology platform that provides a broad palimpsest of digital tools for the development, deployment, and management of applications dedicated to the space. It integrates with any programming language and connects to the cloud provider of the company’s preference. Enables scalable and flexible applications to be built and/or integrated.
Learn moreHubquarter is the eFM project that pools existing and unused spaces, generating value for people, organizations and the environment.
It is proposed to apply the sharing economy to real estate by networking real estate assets, both public and private. Transforming individual infrastructures into the world’s largest shared workspace.

In the age of remote work, thousands of people seek hybrid and accessible spaces. At the same time, thousands of square meters of buildings remain empty and unused in cities.
With Hubquarter, eFM creates an opportunity to stitch urban spaces to people’s daily paths: the whole city, with its various enabled and connected places, is transformed into a catalog of experiences.
