eFM opens its first office in São Paulo in 2013, where it sets up its activities by implementing ARCHIBUS solutions, a global leader in real estate asset management in the area of IWMS - Integrated Workplace Management System.
Making use of BIM methodology and looking at the entire building lifecycle, eFM LATAM designs with the aim of ensuring engaging spaces, based on sustainable solutions and promoting the best for the lives of the occupants.
